difference between activesync and google account
tyring to figure out how to get 2 google apps calendars on my phone.. shouldn't be hard..
here's the problem.
1. when i tried to set up one account as a google account only selections for sync were contacts and mail
2. only can have one activesync account apparently...
3. how does active sync differ from a normal syncing of a google account?
i'm confused at this point and need some insight.
thanks.

You get can get both calendars on the phone. Go into your calendar >>> more >>>> calendars and make sure all of your calendars are in there that you want displayed on your phone and that you have it checked.

not so fast.
i only want the calendar from one app account
and the mail, calendar, and contacts from another..
so how do i set them up?? active sync only does one account.
gmail only does mail and contacts....
so got thru this with me....
my iphone 3gs does this seamlessly.... with a good screen and a better battery... however my wife is now in control of it so i have to work with the dinc....
man, thought this dinc would work seamlessly with google!! guess not... the verizon tech support was pathetically ill equipped to handle this seemingly basic question....

For google calendars (using the stock calendar app), go to >>>Menu>>>More>>>>Calendars and you should be able to select any and all of your calendars there. I use either Jorte or Calendar Pad as my calendar app (you can get those from the market) and they show all 6 of my google calendars on one calendar and show the same color coding I have for my google desktop on my phone too. My kids enter something on the calendar from their phone and it updates on my phone. I believe it syncs thru your google email so that's why you're not seeing it in the syncs? HTH!
