Trouble using Motorola H170 Bluetooth Headset with HTC Droid Incredible

I have a Motorola H170 bluetooth headset which worked great with my old phone. But I am having trouble using it with my HTC Droid Incredible. People I try to talk with can't hear me. It's as though the microphone doesn't transmit, or work. I can hear people I am on the phone with just fine, but they can't hear my voice. The bluetooth headset pairs with my droid just fine, and it turns on and off with the touch of a button. It seems to be communicating with my phone, with the exception of my voice. It rings, disconnects, and does everything else. Anyone have this problem or any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
