Htc Incredible-DEFECT OR BATTERY PROBLEM

Hi
Can anybody help me or has anybody had this problem ok.
i got my phone on launch date never had a problem till the 7th of july my phone (HTC INCREDIBLE)popped up with a error msg saying low on memory have to delete some memory in order to view these new txt msgs on my phone. Then i delete some things and my phone still says the same error msg and i tried to reset my phone and see if it goes away. then it freezes so i take out my battery and put it back in and try and see if it works so during the turn on point it stops at htc incredible screen and stays there so i called up verizon and got a fru in the mail i still had to use the same battery and when i used this phone it worked fine then the battery drains out and turns off try to turn it on it doesnt work so i called again and they said come in to the nearest store and let them see and figure out whats wrong . then they tell me my battery has a defect so they give me a new battery and it works then randomly drains out and repeats the same process of not working at all. then i come back to the store the same day and they say the battery has a defect again . so i get a new battery out the box again i go home and same problem happens we thought it was the charger so we bring it in today and waited 5 hours for a new battery and a charger. so now im home my battery went down to 12% so i charged it at 6 i look at my phone at 9 its on 7% then i left it on the charger for a hour its still at the same percentage than i turned my phone off and turned it back on and it said 1 % than died and stopped working completely like before the people that work at the store said its a defect on the phone on the battery and on the charger and also said they never seen nothing like this from the htc incredible so can somebody help me plz or tell me if there having the same problem
