Favorites page management?

First off, apologies for being a newbie to Sense and smartphones in general...

I'm on the Favorites page (default screen for Sense I believe) I've added friends and am able to just touch their name/photo and go to a default action like text or call or view contact, etc. I can't figure out how to change that default action once it's set... and I can't figure out how to delete someone once I've added them. Anyone having the same issue or know how to do it?

Select the contact you want in Favorites > select MENU > select MORE > select Set widget action > Then select either View contact, Call Mobile, New Message, or Send Mail

To remove someone from favorites
select contact > select MENU > select Edit > select contact to edit > select Group > uncheck Favorites

J-buck is the man. Zeo....dont sweat asking anything. We have all been there and the Android OS is the best, but not easy at first. I am not a sense expert so people like J-buck are the best. Group full of help so just ask away.

Good point. There will be times you add different widgets etc and then change some things around that the widget looks at. This can throw things off and the best solution is to either remove and reload the widget or restart the phone.

Very true. I cant count how many times i had to remove and reload widgets on the Motorola Droid.

Thanks - I'm a newbie as well. I'm having a problem in that my Favorites have two "primary" markers and I can't seem to remove the second. Also, is there a way to toggle between calling or emailing easily from the Favorites? If not, is there another way to quickly make a phone call or email?
