Sending Multiple Contacts

Is there a way to send multiple contacts through bluetooth. I'm trying to send contacts from my phone to my cars phonebook, but can only do it one at a time. Is there a way to save my phone contacts as a phonebook and send it that way or will i have to do it one at a time?
