    Question lost pictures and movies

    I think I have incredible 1 version. Battery lost all energy...when started to recharge the phone. Turn power button on. Then three things happen (this was my wife's phone) not sure of the order though...1 got white screen 2 it asked to activate the phone 3 it ask settings for phone (aka English..WiFi connection etc). Then once it got going all of her pictures and movies disappeared......ideas? Any thoughts would help..pics included baby pictures of our son....

    Sounds like the phone did a hard or factory reset. I recall some people reported this when the battery is completely drain. Were your photos saved on the sdcard or internal storage? If it's the latter and the phone factory reset then everything is wiped, including photos saved internally.
