Stuck on white screen

HI Everybody, I'm old and trying to learn so bear with me. My Incredible has been in the drawer for awhile. Thought you guys might be able to help. I'm stuck on the White HTC Incredible screen. I can get into Hbott, however when I go into recovery it goes back to the White HTC Screen. Its rooted and worked well with CM6. Started having problems when updating to CM7. Not sure what I did. I have read through a lot of the threads but still not sure the best course of action. Here's all I can see in Hboot,

Incredible XC SHIP S -ON - Thought I was rooted with S-OFF
Microp - 0417
Radio 1.00.03.04.06

Any help would be appreciated.
