Can only get HTC screen with 4 triangles with exclamation marks

Hello. I would greatly appreciate some help. I rooted my phone about a year and a half ago with only God knows what root method. Anyways, I decided to unroot it, but since I didn't know what method I used, I just wanted to factory reset it.

Not knowing very much I just found a program called RUU which I downloaded along with HTC sync like I was instructed. Anyways I began the RUU program and everything was working, then it froze at 77%. About an hour later it was still at 77%. So I had to unplug it and the phone was frozen. I removed that battery and put it back it.

I tried to power on regular, and tried power on holding v down and v up separately. Every way I try to power on, the phone brings me to a screen that is black and says HTC and has 4 triangles with exclamation marks inside of them located in the 4 corners of the screen.


Like I said, I really am not very great with this stuff and probably should't have messed with anything in the first place. PLEASE PLEASE if anyone knows a way to do something to fix this I would love you for life. Thank you.
