Connecting to work WiFi

I'm having problems connecting to my work's wifi. I can connect to wifi at home on my secured network and open networks just about anywhere else, but this network eludes me. We thought it might be this phone but a coworker borrowed it to test a website and had no problem logging into the network, so, I'm guessing it's something else.

Security: Enterprise
EAP Method: PEAP
Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2

I have to key in my ID: firstname.lastname
and then network PW.

We tried resetting my PW, but that changed nothing.

Anyone else experience this or have a suggestion?
