WarmZ/MikromZ problems? Should I try amon ra to install these roms?

Hi everyone, its been a while since I last posted. Hope everyone is wonderful =) !

I have been using Clockworkmod 2.5.0.5 ever since my phone got rooted and I love it. I noticed that when i installed Warm z, I would get random reboots and my phone would shut off and the only way for me to reboot was a battery pull. I downloaded a new rom Mikrom 1.0.1 z, and I noticed a lot of my settings from Warm z were still kept from when i installed Mikrom. Has anyone had any issues with these two roms? I love it, but i get random reboots and freezes. I did a dalvik wipe, battery stats, factory reset and wipe cache before I would install a new rom. Anyone have any ideas? I was planning to using Amon-RA but I can't find the link anywhere, and my rom manager doesnt detect my clockworkmod. Any suggestions will help. thanks everyone

Both of those ROM's are set up to install with ClockWorkMod recovery version 3. 2.5.0.5 does not know it is a later version script and tries to run it. Since it does not understand all the commands it does not correctly clean the system before installing.

Use ROM Manager or whatever way you like to install either CWM 3.0.0.7 or 3.0.0.8 (7 is my preference for an Amoled screen) then install either ROM with a full wipe
