If i root my incredible and use an app for hotspot will it run up my allotment or will it be unlimited? Could i be charged for this? Whats the best app for this?

If you use the Verizon 3g hotspot app it will count against your tethering data plan.

If you use an app like wireless tether for root then it will count against your phone's data plan.
