Problems because of slcd screen... please help

So I did the unrevoked root and then put the correct PB31IMG for the SLCD screen. Everything was perfect. I did backups and all that jazz then flashed Redemption. That worked out perfectly. THen I decided to try ROM manager to just try some new roms. well that required me to just check the Clockwork recovery thing on ROM manager. so not thinking that it would do any harm, I clicked so that it would allow me to use that app. Then my phone started acting up and long story short, I cannot get my phone to boot up. Whenever I turn my phone on normally it just goes into the white and black bars recovery. It will go into the bootloader with the normal volume down +power. So i just assumed I needed to put the edited PB31IMG file on the memory stick again and it would work, well it doesn't. THe memory stick is FAT32 as well. I do not know what to do, i'm afraid that it is bricked

If your stuck on not booting flashing that PB31IMG again to be able to see recovery is not going to get you out of the bootloops. Now that you can see recovery again I would go into it manually and restore your back up. Then try the rom again. Remember to check wipe data and cache box when it finishes downloading the rom.

well i need to flash that PB file because my recovery is just the white and black bars. I cannot see anything.

Then flash it. If you need it let me know. But then do everything through recovery. You know how to restore a backup?

I have tried many times to flash it. I put the file on my sd card that is fat32, and it just goes through looking for it but it doesn't find anything. It says "Loading...No Image!" so i can't flash it. I don't know what to do.

Make sure it is named correctly first. Should be a PB31IMG.zip but windows out of the box has extensions hidden so name it appropriately depending on how your pc handles extensions. Still does not work try another sd card. Still no, try another usb cable when transferring. Hboot is a picky bitch and there are many things that can corrupt a file.

You can also get a file manager and dl the file with your phone and then move to the root of the sd card and try again. That removes almost all variables.

okay i will try renaming it and such. but I cannot try to download anything with my phone because it will not start up properly. when I hit the power button it just goes to the white "HTC" screen then reboots one more time into the black and white bars recovery. so i never get to the "sense" interface or anything like that. so i am stuck using the Hboot which is not working. I'll just try renaming the file and that stuff. also, when the green words come up in Hboot looking for those files (like PB31IMG) on the sd card, mine doesn't find any of them i don't think. does it need other ones, or just the PB31IMG?

Just the PB31IMG. its all it needs. Rename it or try another SD. I'm telling you its a picky bitch. Super picky.

FINALLY! I tried a different card and renamed it into a few variations and it finally let me flash it! I'm flashing redemption 2.2 currently. Thank you so much!
