So I've rooted and am running Skyraider...now what?

Hi all -
Thanks to the wonderful folks on this board, I am rooted and now running Skyraider 2.5.2 and am looking to see what else I can do to take advantage of root. I know this is an incredibly vague request, but wanted to see what others have done. I'm not looking to write my own ROMs or anything like that.
Would I be able to install a theme? I've seen some very minimalist themes using LauncherPro (which I'm running) which would be very cool to be able to install on my phone.
