Switching Memory Cards/Data
Hey guys. It's been a while since I last posted, but here goes:
I am almost at capacity with my 2GB memory card that came with the phone (can't save photos, etc). I just bought a 16GB replacement. I was wondering how I would transfer all of my data (photos, videos, apps, contacts, EVERYTHING) from my old card to my new card. Is there a way that s easier/better than others? I want to make sure I transfer everything and I don't accidentally miss anything. What way would you recommend and how would I got about doing it? Thanks!

I made a folder on my computer for the files I wanted to move then copied them from the old sd card to the computer. I then put the new card in the phone and transferred the files back to the new card. Easy!

That's what I was planing on doing but I was afraid I might miss something. It worked fine for you?
I've also heard some talk about Titanium Backup but I'm not exactly sure what it is. Any other thought?

Titanium Backup is only available if you're rooted, and it backs things up to your SD card.

Ok then nevermind the Titanium Backup option... So is just doing it manually on my computer the best option?
-
That's the easiest way I can think of...

Titanium also will back up to a Dropbox account.

*UPDATE*
Ok, I copied everything from my 2GB card to a folder on my computer, then copied those files onto my 16GB card. I even went through the computer folder files and my phone files and compared each one to make sure everything was still in there. But, for some reason in Gallery, the majority of my photos and videos aren't showing up. In fact, when I put my 16GB card in my phone, it only has the "Phone Storage" heading rather than "Phone Storage" and "SD Card".
Do you guys know why this might be happening?? I know they're on my card, but I can't see them! Any help?

Sorry, I don't know what might have gone wrong.
I have photos in 3 different folders on my sd card, DCIM ->100Media are the photos taken with the phone, MEDIA ->Image has pics I transferred to the phone myself, and PICTURES ->Androidify has an icon I made with the Androidify app. All the images show up in my Gallery.
Do you have Astro or some other file manager installed? Can you see the photos on your sd card through a file manager?

I looked up the issue on the HTC forums and apparently some other people have had trouble when it comes to their phone reading a new card. They suggested formatting the card on a computer using a card reader first, instead of formatting it on the phone. I'm going to try this with my friend's card reader and I'll let you know how it goes.
Another question: When I connect my phone to my computer as a mounted drive, how do I tell what is on my phone's memory and on the memory card? I only want to transfer the memory card contents. I don't want duplicate data on my phone's memory. Thanks.
