i found an easier method for taking screenshots of your phone without root for people running mac osx 10.6 snow leopard. here is another website i found that explains the simple process:

this will also work on OSX 10.4 and 10.5 But if the ddms file does not open in Snow Leopard 10.6 then follow these simple directions on this website:

...and you should be on your way to taking screenshots of your Incredible without rooting. Some people think its too much process but actually once you get the hang of it it should take you less than 1 minute to get it running and taking pics... Good Luck...

Unfortunealy its only for the iphone, ipad and ipod touch from the itunes store. not appicable to android.

I think Actymac Screenshots remote is very good program. I use it everytime.

I also have tried another good program...ActyMac DutyWatch Remote. It also allows to take screenshots, but it has more functions.
