Unlock phone without draging screen down

I had to replace my Incredable yesterday. Some time ago there was a download or app that you could get that when you pressed the power button it eliminated the screen that tells you to drag the screen down to use the phone. With this download you just pressed the power button and your home screen came up and was available to use. Can anyone tell me where I can find this download or app?
