HTC Exchange - Multiselect option for emails
hey all, i cant seem to figure out how to select more than one email and file it to a folder. i get a ton of emails from certain nodes and just need to select that block of emails and either delete or move to a folder. right now, we have to hold down each email, select move, then scroll to the folder. anyone have any tricks? this is exchange with the htc incredible. thanks in advance, robert.

Took me by surprise where this was, but in your inbox, choose Menu > More > Move To...
Then select the emails and where to move them.

So, that's it? I have been searching for several days for a solution to this issue. It seems like there is no single email app that does all of the most essential operations. The regular Android email app doesn't offer search; K9 is great but doesn't show calendars and contacts from Exchange; Exchange ActiveSunc doesn't allow check-box-multiselection....why should it be so difficult to compile all features in one email app?
I get a sizable amount of spam from my firm's Exchange server. I need to be able to tick it off in the inbox and delete it all at once. Is that too much to ask of technology in 2011? Where's my robot dog?

When you do the method la_vaca posted you can move in batches.

Yeah, I get that and it works. I was just saying that it isn't quite "there" as an app. To delete or move multiples requires so many actions: menu>more>move to>select>move to>destination.
In other apps it's: select>menu>delete.
I don't know why creating an email app should be so challenging to compile all the right features. The HTC app comes close but still no prize.
