So, I think I found the solution to the Facebok Syncing problem

I changed my Facebook password again, so I lost all my Facebook for HTC access. And since they dont just let you change the password like with the Google Account you have to sign out and lose everything and then sign in.

Rather then signing in from the Friend stream app, I went to accounts and sync and added the account that way. This is the same way I did it the first day I had the phone because I didn't know the OS that well.

I added it, it did the initial sync, I went to people and online, hit refresh. Hit the power button and I was amazed to see people popping in! So far my only hiccup is it hasn't added my contact picture to the "Me" contact at the top of the contact list.

This may be a coincidence and the HTC and Facebook FINALLY sorted out the problem, or this may be a work around. If you'r brave you can try it out.

I noticed when mine synced back, the pics would actually add over time. Over several minutes they worked their way back into the system.
