Text message & pictures

Everytime I take a pic with my incredible and try to send it in a mms it says the picture is too big. Anything out there that can auto downsize?

You can always change the size of the picture in the settings before taking the pic, although when I take a pic and send it via mms it prompts me that the pic is to big and will downsize the picture automatically.

i know handcent also automatically compresses the picture before sending.

how does it tell you it will do it automatically? is that a setting? Mine just says it's too big and doesn't let me send it

if you are using handcent try going to the send message settings and change the maximum mms size to 1M. when i take a picture and send it handcent will tell me its resizing the pic. Make sure your using the most up to date version also.

ive had similar experience with the message being to big..im using handcent now but there has to be a way using standard messaging
