Yeah most smartphones (esp thin ones) don't have that great of a battery. Even the iPhone sucks up battery like the Incredible does. I think the iPhone is probably a little worse on battery. The good thing we have over the iPhone is we can actually put an extended battery in it... they cant

Most definately a very nice perk for us Android folks.

Every forum seems to have a post saying that you should dump the app killers, but I personally will not live without one. On my previous Moto Droid, I always had significantly better battery life when I ran Appolo Task Killer and auto-killed running apps (that weren't in my ignore list) after 10 minutes of inactivity. Certain programs just want to constantly be open and it would drive me insane. In addition to that, I would also notice performance issues on my Droid due to a large number of items being opened. I don't think the Incredible will have this specific problem, but the battery issues will definitely be there, at least based on my experiences in the past.

I used to have one with my ipod that looked like a jetpack. It hooked into the ipod and gave extra power. I will say this about it though, I went from having about 6 hours to being able to run my ipod for almost a full week on a single charge of the bulky jet pack!

That always works. I wouldn't be able to add that kind of bulk to my phone lol.

everyone always relates Task Killers to processor usage, not battery life.
But how can processor usage NOT be related to battery life? That makes no sense.
