I haven't done anything that you can't do. As for the widgets:
The control widget is SwitchPro widget. Highly configurable.
All of the round icons are from Apps Organizer, one of the best app organizational tools I've found, with custom icons applied. It's so awesome, I can't believe it's free.

i've been digging the carbon fiber HTC wallpaper, and that Bad ass fractal one. I switch between those two a lot. other than that my home screen is pretty boring. lol.

usn.mustanger, question for you. When you use Swype, do you get the popup about the keyboard size not fitting the screen resolution of the Incredible everytime you switch between portrait and landscape modes and vice versa?

I did with another version, but then I found the one that I linked to in this post. Haven't had that problem since.

+1 for apps organizer. I also use bettercut for some of my icons.

In the comments section for SwitchPro, some folks have mentioned that the battery widget doesnt work and remains as one reading regardless of how much power is drained... true/false?
