Screen Going Blank During Phone Call

I'm not sure how to add the phone to Keepscreen. Its not an app I downloaded so I'm not sure how to add it!

I stopped into Verizon today and they could not make my screen time out!!! They did say that if this did occur it would not be the way the phone should act!

You need to open Keepscreen then go to applications. You want to then click on dialer and dialer storage to select them as programs that won't allow the screen to time out. They will turn green when you select them. This would be a good time to select any other programs that you want the screen to stay on. The proximity sensor will still work If you put the phone to tour ear. Once you select your programs reboot the phone to activate Keepscreen and you are done. Hope that helps.
