Why do ppl call our phones, "Dinc?" Makes it sound like a puny crappy phone or a sound effect when you flick something
You have Android now. Stop whining and complaining that iphone was easy/better... why the hell did you switch for?
If youre going to change phones, be sure you're able to accept "CHANGE" and yes thats a change in how things are done. Its plain and simple
Btw, have a nifty day! (^_^)
Now... wheres my beer???
so does that keep screen makes the phone call not sleep when the proximity sensor goes on? i would like to keep the screen except when i put it up on my face.
I'm upset because I can't seem to get the phone to STAY in sleep mode. I'm busy during the day and when I was using an iphone I'd just put the screen to sleep, slip the phone in my front pocket and continue with my call using my bluetooth. Now every time I put it to sleep it keeps waking back up and I'm afraid I'll hang up on someone... that's not very professional. Any ideas are appreciated.
I am having the same problem. When I first got the phone, I noticed the proximity sensor would turn off the display when put to my face and turn it back on as I looked at the phone. That is the way it is supposed to work and I like that, but SOMETHING has changed and I don't know if it was a setting I changed or a problem with the proximity sensor, but I hope someone can give some info on this as it drives me crazy.

Whoa, I never noticed the screen lighting back up while Im on a call using my bluetooth... my phone is usually sitting in the passenger seat when im driving or on my bed in my room so i'd notice... your phone has a brain of its own... maybe you can teach it to roll over too

I can assure you that the phone wakes up after it's been put to sleep since I've hung up on a couple of people while holding the the phone in my hand after it I had put it to sleep. It may be an issue with a setting, it may be an issue with my phone or it may just simply be normal. Regardless, I'd like to unravel the mystery, so maybe we can ease up with the sarcasm a little bit? While I have a great sense of humor I'm looking for a real answer to my issue. So lighten up a bit Francis.![]()
^ My apologies
But okay so when you say youre on a call and put it to sleep, are you pressing the power button while on the call? If so, then I just tested mine with the same method. But if I pick up the phone and slightly shake the phone, itll wake back up. So now you know theres another phone out there thats doing the same thing
Anyone else want to add to the testing?
