There isn't much anyone on these forums can do for this sort of problem except suggest that if your phone is under warranty, to go get it fixed. Sorry.

Pull the battery and make sure it looks good. Take a look at the battery contacts as well. Try a different battery if you have one. If you can rule out the battery then it's possibly is a hardware issue.
