Help! Almost all apps disappeared!
Please help if you know the answer! My phone was working fine until this morning. I tried to open Twitter and Instagram but they both repeatedly force closed. All other apps worked find. I uninstalled and reinstalled Twitter and it worked just as it should. I decided to try to reboot before uninstalling Instagram, and when my phone turned back on all of my default apps symbols (Play Store, Maps, Gmail), as well as Instagram, Twitter and Flixter, Pandora and two other apps were all changed to the green and white Android symbol. When I touched them nothing would happen. After looking through my apps list I noticed that every single app whose symbol had changed was now missing - including Play Store so I can't just go and download them all again. I'm at a loss as to what happened (I didn't download any recent updates), and I have no idea how to rectify it.
I have tried restarting my phone several times, including removing the battery, and the one app that I've purchased that was on my SD card is still there and functioning properly, so I know that it's not the card's issue. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idead how to fix it?
Thanks!!!

Hold down Volume Down + Power buttons, see if you can boot into recovery and do a factory reset.
