The processor they have is made by Texas Instruments. I don't know if the Incredible has a dedicated GPU, but the shadow will. Here are what it will have:
TI OMAP3630 processor, PowerVR SGX530 GPU
The OMAP3630 is just as good as the Snapdragon from what I've read. The snapdragon is made by Qualcomm.

Re: Motorola Shadow! - Incredible Has Competition :)
Kind of makes me glad my Inc has not been shipped. If I don't get until mid-june, which is looking likely due to the big backorder problem, then my 30 days might overlap with this. If it has better battery and reception it would be hard not to trade. HTC has to get the backorders out soon or they will loose lots of sales to the shadow

I wish they had better pictures so i knew whether to return my D Inc at 30 days or not. I don't like motoblur, but i read it can be turned off. Also i don't really like those physical buttons on it. They look really small. And plus i would have to wait months again for Steinhill to make a screen protector and for seidio to release a case.

Well I figure as long as the competition is running Android that is OK. Anything to stomp out the iPhone. LOL

The incredible doesn't have raised buttons at all. I'd rather have something rather than nothing sticking up.

No AMOLED or S-AMOLED and it prolly had MotoSlur. Deal breaker for me.

Motoblur can be disabled, and it is supposed to come with Android 2.2.
To be honest, I really don't notice much of a difference between the Incredible's AMOLED screen compared to the Droid's TFT screen.
