    message widget

    Hi I am also new to the forum. My home page message widget quit giving me sound notification when receiving a new message. Is there a way to correct this?

    You can go to profiles to change the settings. Have you tried that ? There may be a warning tones option is your selected profile which if you turn off can hopefully solve the problem.
