ok heres my deal. I know its been a while since anyone has inquired about this from my google searces the past WEEK. I have no hair left. I bought this INC for $20. first boot goes to hboot

i have come acros these errors:

No image!

i dl a stock ruu renamed it formatted to FAT 32 and i get these errors

the update loads everything is installed and says ok asks to reboot

i freeze at white inc screen
one time i got a half boot to the red screen whit the eye. it froze and started a bootloop
havent reached that screen again
now if i boot into recovery i get the pic with the red exclamation point and it takes me to the blue android recovery screen.

i cannot get the phone to connect to pc ( never got a boot to ensure debugging is on )
I cannot mount sd
i cannot mount usb

i need help due the fact that I HATE to give up i feel the need to get this working. if it is bricked it is ok as long as im 100% sure its bricked.
i have been from site to site forum to forum and found many problems similar but there is always something different with the radio or something that pushes me away
ADB wont recognize my phone

seems as if i am just missing the P31DIAG.zip and / or P31DIAG.mbh these are the only things that seem not to be working properly.
i have also had unable to mount data/data and unable to mount /sd

went back to CWM v3.0 and tried to wipe cache.. complete tried to wipe data:
-- wiping data...
Formatting /data...
Formatting /cache
Formatting /datadata...
E:format_volume: no MTD partition "datadata"

No app2sd partition found. skipping format of /sd-ext
Formatting /sdcard/.android_secure!

grrrr i feel like im close but just missing something

anybody??? i think the partitions are messed up. but i cannot get adb working on my phone. usb debugging seems to be off since the computer doesnt show my phone when connected. is there a way to turn debugging on without booting up? maybe from recovery?

ADB must be working and USB debugging enabled in order to troubleshoot the phone, especially if the partitions are messed up. There is no other way to enable USB debugging if it is not enabled.

The other thing to try is download a good copy of stock image from here, Stock Images | PvilleComp's, then rename it to PB31IMG.zip and boot up your phone and see if it will update. Even try a different SD card and see. If that doesn't work, you're pretty much out of luck unless you can get ADB working.

Try activating a couple of times. After a few failed attempts, it will crash the activation screen and let you pass it.
