Phone book transfer

I am trying to figure ou a way to transfer my phone book to my car radio's phone book. The only thing I have found so far is to do it one at a time. Anyone know how to transfer entire book at once?

If you go to your contacts you can export your contacts to your sd card. I'm not entirely sure if you can then get it to your car radio but it's a starting place.

I haven't heard anything like this before. As for me, i never know this was ever an option to transfer your phone book to car radio's phone book. Google it and if you find a solution, do post it here because it will be something really useful to pull off.
