    basic info on what should be backed up & how - new user

    New user of a I2 - HTC, I assume backing up the pictures is fairly easy to my computer using the USB cable but how do I back up the apps and the data assocaited with them.

    You can move some of your apps to your SD card. Although I'm not quite sure how that all works if you have to re-install the apps on your phone. You can do the same for video clips you've taken, text files you've created using one of the notepad apps, etc. From what I've read the only real way to back up your stuff is to root your phone and then use something like Titanium Backup for all your apps.
