Potential reboot problem fix
My Dinc is about 1 year old and had begun rebooting intermittently a couple months ago (after placing it down, putting it in my pocket, and during use). (note: I've had a Seidio 3700mAH battery installed since shortly after purchase.) I attempted to clean the contacts with a pencil eraser as well as Sunshine Polishing Cloth*. Neither fixed the problem. I noticed there's a small gap between the top of my battery and the phone's battery "well". I suspected the battery may not be making firm contact with the phone contacts (especially over time as the spring-loaded phone contacts may be losing tension). I cut a piece of the thinnest shrink wrap tubing I have - 2mm OD per my calipers - to length of the top LHS of the battery well and jammed it in above the battery with a thin flat blade after intalling the battery. I haven't had the reboot recur since.

Twelve days and the phone has yet to reboot on its own since this fix. I'd saw it's no longer just a "potential" fix!
