I recorded a 720p Movie. Now what?
I can't do anything with the movies I'm recording on my phone. I have 2 movies that I want to burn to a DVD player, but I the format, .3GPP, won't play when I burn it. I don't want to have to buy conversion software and burning software and all that crap just to use my videos! I was hoping that maybe someone else already knows how to solve my problem. I just figure, What's the point of having such a good video camera if I can't do anything with the videos except watch them on my phone? Not to bash Android at all, but do iPhones have this issue as well, or is the iTunes software designed to convert the iPhone format to a DVD-compatible format?

OK I saw your post the other day and figured someone with more experience would reply but I guess not, or not yet. Where do you want to play them back, on a pc, on a dvd player, or everywhere? If you just want play them back for personal viewing on a pc that you own VLC player is free and will play them back NP. If you want to play them back on another device, i.e. DVD, or a pc that you don't own then you will have to convert them. As for converting there are a ton of free converters out there and a basic Google of 3gp converters will yield many results just pick the one best for you. I would go to komando.com search downloads and find a free one from this trusted source.

Okay. I was hoping that maybe someone has used a specific .3GP converter with fantastic results for playing them on a DVD player. I have tried DVDFab, AVS Converder, and ANDROID Converter. I think these are the names, the third one is kinda a guess. I'm at work right now, not at my home PC. I have found some to speed the video up to be much faster than the audio after the convertion, and other times it matches but still does not play on either of my DVD Players. BTW, thanks VidJunky.

Search Google / Bing for a 3GP converter, and like VID said, you will find a Gaggle to use. Quite a few allow you to "RIp" a few as a trial so you might buy it later, and some I've found have an add or two attached.. download.com is also a source.
I have several I use but they are on my home computer and I don't remember the names...
