    Need to transfer videos to sd card or computer

    I have to do a hard reset because phone isn't charging in car after system updates. I tried new car chargers.Verizon suggested reset, but I have many photos and videos to save. Photos transferred to computer, but there's no prompt to tranfer videos to computer or sd card...or even backup assistant. Can anyone give me a suggestion.
