3GP did kill the Mp4 ?

Hi,
Before with my Incredible Phone, i recorded in mp4 format, was very great. Now it is recorded in 3gp..
Do you know why ? and how can i change back this **** ??

You must have option in setting. If you don't have such option just choose the high quality video.
