I'm thinking of using the Dropbox app. I'm wondering what issues are you having with the app/service in regards that it "doesn't always work"?

I use Dropbox and the app all the time both for personal and my companies paid Dropbox service. It works great and has never failed me. I use it a lot for syncing my companies product flyers on my iPad and Incredible since they are always with me. When a customer asks for specific details, I pull up that product flyer while I'm giving them the verbal details. Really impresses the customers that "you" as the person who's selling them something have all the details at hand. When they ask how to do something specific, I pull up the manuals! They are impressed so I would say Dropbox and the app works great.
