Kid Mode

For any of yall with small children I've found an app you may like and if your child is like my 3 year old, they will really enjoy
It's tied in with Nick Jr, is designed for kids 2-8, tests not only their mind but hand/ eye coordination as well. Its got games to interact with videos for them to sing along with.
Its free with no ads, can be inter mixed with a desktop version and so far has worked flawlessly on my Inc
The only catch is you sign up with your childs birth date so the app can update as they grow. That's the only info it asks besides an email address. You can add a picture of your child if you want so that when you start the app your child touches their picture and it loads the games and video thumb nails but even without their picture they can still touch the blank icon to get it going
So far I'm enjoying it as much as my toddler as she sings to the videos and gets so into Blues Clues on screen books with characters that move or make noise when touched. The numbers colors,and letters talk when touched, some animals, insects, etc become animated when touched and the pages don't turn until the next arrow is touched.

Its called Kid Mode.
It's by Zoodles
It's also got a lock mode where the only way to minimize it is to trace a Z on the screen. I get Madelyn to trace the letter when she is done and its very forgiving so even at not quite 3 yet she can do it

I fixed the title of the thread so that it now shows Kid Mode instead of Zone per Mark's request.

My little girl told me today "this not as good as weel book,pweeze read weel book to me daddy" traced the Z and got off my lap. After a couple of books she asked to touch her picture again so she could "hear abc song pweeze"

Latest update changes my default notification tone to silent every time I open it .
I've narrowed it down to Kid Mode as being the culprit after my dang Verizon mail kept not toning when I got mail. I'd go look in whoisit and stock menu and both would be set to silent. Set it back, opened the app , check the others, sure enough set to silent.
We still enjoy using it , just have to change my notification tone when we're done.
