Battery Usage Stats and Screebl?
Is anyone else noticing issues with Screebl showing up as using a massive amount of battery through the battery usage area? I am showing Screebl as 95% of my usage, with cell standby and android system as the only other two. On my droid, Display was always the biggest user of battery, but it isn't listed at all. I assume it is simply a coding issue, and not an actual drainage issue because my battery life is quite good.
Still, it ruins the ability to see the actual battery usage of items on the phone.

I downloaded Screebl too, under the assumption it could only help. Do I have any reason to believe it's adding to our battery woes?

Yeah. I removed it and ran tests again. I get the same exact uptime as I did using screebl. You can see my results here: TIP OF THE DAY:Check running applications periodically
Towards the bottom of the page. Screebl showed to use nearly 75% before removing, but even with it gone, my battery life is still the same. I am going to try some other things over the next few days.
One thing I did notice is how little the bright screen really uses. I was thinking it was much more but I was deceived by the numbers Screebl showed.

Screebl definitely is causing any battery issues, just from my previous dealings with the product. If anything, it should help battery usage because it allows you to set a smaller display timeout without worries.
If you will notice, when Screebl is running, "Display" doesn't show at all, which should always be the number one thing that drains battery on a phone at this point. My guess is that the Incredible, for whatever reason, since Screebl controls things on the display it is reading it as a total product. The downside of this however is that it reads at a really high percentage (on mine, well over 90% of my overall usag) so it is impossible to see how anything else is affecting the battery.
