I believe you will be able to Sync your outlook calendar straight to the calendar on the phone. I may be wrong so don't quote me on that.

That would be great if it is true. I have heard a few complaints with the Google calendar but not many. Just hate to change whats working now.

There is going to be an HTC setup on the phone to connect to Outlook. Also, you can run a program on your desktop that syncs your Outlook Calendar to the online Google Calendar and then to the phone. I have mine set up with my WinMo phone to actually sync the telephone calendar, my laptop on Outlook 2007 and desktop on Outlook 2010 automatically over the air. They sync wirelessly every 15 minutes. Works beautifully and I haven't had to physically hook my phone to the computer in months. The program I'm using to sync Outlook 2010 syncs contact, notes, tasks and calendar items to the Google Calendar and Gmail automatically. Works like a charm. The program is gSyncit. Take a look. Being able to hook to the computer and sync is great, but getting used to it doing it wirelessly is even better. That way you keep up automatically from whichever computer or phone you're at.

Is your work on exchange network? Not sure how the HTC will handle exchange, but on my droid I use Touchdown and it works great for email, tasks and work calendars.

Reading the manual and such, HTC has specifically built Exchange into the Sense programming on the phone. Supposed to work fine. I don't use Exchange so I can't tell you for sure. I have a small company of my own and network on my own around Exchange.

I currently have the ZEUSDROID Desire Rom (Essentially the same as the Incredible) on my droid and exchange works just fine. You can sync calendar, email and contacts from your exchange address book.

touchdown has cut off issue when viewing emails on this phone. they are supposedly releasing a beta to deal with this.

I've heard android 2.1/exchange doesn't handle nested email folders or ability to accept meeting invites... anyone have experience with this?

Not all my exhange email folders are syncing. I've not had this problem on any other smartphone before (the Inc is my first android). I don't know what "nested" email folders are and if that's a factor. If this is really an android problem... could be a deal breaker.
