Mix - do either track mileage using the phone or do you actually put in the mileage? Just curious. Looks like something I could use (even though I didn't think I needed one until I saw these...).

I use Track My Drive. There droid app is easy to use (one click tracking), they also have a website that allows you to create trips(in-case you forgot to track) and print reports.
