Contacts Sync/Backup

    Contacts Sync/Backup

    I'm looking for the Verizon backup app I rooted my phone can't get contacts from Verizon any ideas? Thanks

    Rooting your phone shouldn't change any other apps on it, therefore, you should still have Verizon Backup Assistant on the phone, unless you've deleted it.

    I am also wondereing about this. I changed ROM's to Nils business Gingersense and I would like to get Verizon's back-up assistant back. I know all can be done with Google, I just prefer Verizon. Any thoughts on this. I saw on another forum once before a .zip file but can't seem to locate it again.

    Give this one a try, Backup_Assistant.zip. It came from Lou's Redemption ROM so I think it's been Edify for CMW 3.x. Make a backup of your ROM first then flash through recovery.

    Ok, I know this is lame but do I just put this on the root of my sd card then go into recovery and go to install from sdcard and then let it do its thing? I have only flashed a ROM three times so I want to make sure that I do this right.

    Yes, flash using install zip from sd card in recovery. Be sure to make a backup first.

    Try this android contacts backup program. It can backup and manage android contacts from computer.
