[Looking for] One touch Speakerphone app

Anyone know if there is an android app that allows you to answer the phone AND put it automatically to speaker phone? I've seen apps that will default to speaker phone every time but I'm looking for something a little more flexible. For instance, when an incoming call comes in, I have the option to answer regularly or press some button which will answer and put the phone in speaker mode (ie. when driving). Anyone find an app like this?

Best I found so far is Flip - Speakerphone. Basically you answer the phone, flip it over and it automatically goes into speaker mode. Will have to test how well it works. I'd still like a more permanent option (if I flip back over it shuts off the speaker) if there's one out there.
