HTC Incredible Case Reviews

i have 2 cases for my phone:

1. shell/holster combo
2. red high gloss silicone case

i have 2 extended batteries for the incredible (lets face it, the original battery is a nightmare) and unfortunately the cases i purchased with the phone didn't fit anymore so i had to modify them a bit...

i cut out the back of the silicone case so the extended battery could fit through. took a scissor and starting cutting through the camera lense opening all the way around the middle until i was back where i started. from there i grabbed an old text book from junior high and a razor blade and cleaned up what i originally did while cutting out more of an opening. it's not perfect but i'm very happy with it. also the back of the phone looks great with the black and red showing.

i purchased the shell/holster combo knowing the shell would be useless to be since i was planning on using the silicone case with the holster (works great). the only problem with that is the holster comes with a swiveling belt clip. i hate belt clips. i would rather put my phone in my pocket or inside a bag i have with me... which wasn't possible because the belt clip was attached. so i bent the belt clip backwards as far as i could, inserted a letter opener and popped it out. there were 2 things standing out (i guess to keep the belt clip attached) that i didn't like so i just cut them with a cuticle trimmer then used a nail file to smooth them out.

I use the seidio innocase II with a steiheil crystal screen protector. I have tried numerous combinations and I find this to be the absolute best! Case is not bulky which makes phone still very pocketable and the steinheil protectors are one of the best on the market.

I have a BODY GLOVE on my Dinc and love it . It is tuff and dont worry about my phone to much I am a carpenter so you just imagine what I put it thought!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried the Otterbox defender for the Incredible and did not like the way they designed the silicone cover. I love it for my Iphone 3g now Ipod touch and i am disappointed with it Otterbox they rushed trying to get a case out for the Incredible. I now have the Body Glove case and think it works great.

I have purchased the Trident Kraken case (iPhone Covers And Cases, Cases For Apple iPad, iPod & iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S & Motorola Cell Phone Cases, HTC Evo & Incredible Case) for my Incredible which isn't even here yet. I've had Trident cases in the past and can't say enough good about them. They're like a less-expensive, but equally protective, alternative to Otterbox cases. Once the case and phone get here, I'll post a more through "review".

and it is very durable and very nice and mt cell looks very beautiful in it.

That's what I use now, and they're dirt cheap from Verizon right now. I use it with a Tetrax Xway for in-car use.
