So who's considering the Incredible 4G?

I'm thinking about it, but I'm torn between the Rezound, Razr, and the Incredible 4G. I'm currently an Inc1 owner that is eligible for an upgrade. I've loved my Inc1 the whole time. I stayed stock and really like Sense. Any advice out there?
So after all that has been released on the phone I give it... meh. Sorry, but that word describes it to a T as I could take it or leave it but with a 2 year commitment I think probably not. I am a HUGE fan of HTC but I feel this phone is a mid level phone, as many people do, and for that reason I think I will pass and keep my OG DInc. The main reason being is that 4G and ICS just isn't enough for a phone line that was so great when the first Incredible came out. Don't get me wrong, the dual core and the NFC along with the 4G and ICS will be great but those are just meeting the bar with the phones around the corner or, as far as NFC, aren't accepted widespread. I was good to go with the qHD, the 1.2 dual core, the 8 GB of on board storage and even the VGA front camera (???) but when they said it wouldn't have Imagesense I just thought to myself that Verizon really REALLY cheaped out on this phone. I can deal with my OG Incredible and wait until the SIII variant (next Nexus?) makes it to Verizon and see how gimped that is. I can't believe I would think about using Touchwiz /shivers/ so hopefully a HTC One X variant makes it by that time (won't happen but here's to hoping for HTC & Sense which I like a lot) Maybe a Rezound bought outright so I can keep my options open in the future may cool me off. Sorry for the rant but I had to let that out.![]()

The Samsung Galaxy S3 will not be the next nexus. Also I don't think Verizon will be getting a One X variant. I do know that they are going to be getting the One V but that is an entry level smartphone, not a game changer.

I agree with all you say. I am stuck on Verizon so when Samsung makes the next Nexus, Verizon may skip the G III for the new Nexus like they did with the current Nexus and the Galaxy S II. I am just dismayed in holding out with the OG Incredible, which I still really like, and waiting and this is what comes along. I am still going to hold my hopes up and maybe the reviews will sway me into purchasing it. In the mean time I am looking for a Rezound on eBay to keep the HTC love going and possibley waiting for the next Verizon iteration after the DInc 4G.
I had the original Droid Incredible for 4 months then got the Thunderbolt and the entire time I missed the Incredible. I'll be getting this phone the day it's released. I know the specs aren't top of the line or anything but they are better than what I currently have and I would like a phone that's a little smaller. From what I've been reading the phone might still be able to take rapid shots but it won't be the same as the One series... I also read that the hdr mode is available under the camera scenes. Even without those 2 camera bonuses it's still going to be a great phone.
I'm planning to get it soon as it's available. Been using the og incredible and love it but was wanting to upgrade to a 4g phone. And this happens to be the 4g phone of my dreams. All the rest are either lousy spec'd or too big. Personally 4.3" screens are too big for my taste. So when I heard about the new Incredible 4g with a 4" screen, I got all excited. Yesterday the guy at vzw said they have accessories for it so it can't be far out.
I was hoping to learn a little more here. I am understanding that 6/27 is the last day to upgrade and be able to keep unlimited without paying full price for a new phone. I was hoping the new Incredible 4G would be out by then. I also still use my OG Incredible and love it. I do not want a screen larger than 4". I work construction and have to carry my phone in my front pocket to avoid losing it. Does anyone know what the new pricing plan is?
I would love to see this phone come out on 6/28 but when I called Verizon yesterday and I was told July 5th. I'm getting the phone at full-retail so I keep my unlimited data.
I purchased it Friday from Let's Talk for $34.99! I was eligible for an upgrade but I did not want to pay full price. I had to go to the shared plan but the rest of my family's phones stayed on the unlimited plan. What that means is I get the full 2GB to myself, and I never use that much data. I'm OK with the change, can't wait to get the phone tomorrow.
