Help!

So, my phone has had software issues. I actually had to get a replacement for it a month or two ago. Today, I went to go charge it and it won't charge. Then when I got it to charge it went down in percentage instead of up... Now, it won't turn on. The orange light keep flashing like it's going to die but it's longer flashes. The usual ones are very fast pace where as these are slow.... Please help...

you mean the light keep flashing but your phone can not turn on?
