*HELP UNROOTING phone please!!!*

So I made the mistake of not making a backup of my phone after I flashed a new rom on it. It was running froyo 2.2.1 before i flashed a new rom on it.
I rooted my phone using Unrevoked. I used rom manager to download and flash MIUI v1.2.19.
I ahve ClockworkMod 3.0.0.5 as my recovery.
I have had nothing but problems, the phone lagging, and force quits.
I started trying to unroot my phone by looking up info on forums on here, and before I go anywhere I need some help. I started to go about it by formating my sd card, and I screwed up i think and accidently formatted the phone instead of the sd card, so I hit cancel. I dont know what to do from here without screwing it up even more. My pc wont recognize the phone, but it will the for the SD card. I have what was on my phone backed up on my pc, i just cant figure out how to get it back on it.
Please help.
Should i just do a factory reset?
