    jpr is correct. We need to know what happened in your process and what you did. Looks like you are using the Windows version but please confirm. Fill us in on the steps you did and when it seems to have stopped working and should be able to carry you through the rest of the way.

    My apologies, I'm definitely not new to "foruming," as I've been a member of a few forums since 2003. I had, however, forgotten about this thread at the time and I am now, as stated above, rooted.
    Whilst receiving the error, I still had my SD card inserted. I removed the card and everything seemed to run much smoother, so maybe removing the SD card is a solid troubleshooting action.
