Formatting phone storage...Will that unroot & uninstall Rom + Recovery?

I have everything I want to save (pictures, mp3s, etc.) from my phone's storage saved on my desktop. I want to clean up my phone's storage as much as possible. By formatting the phone's storage (NOT factory reset), will this unroot my phone and/or uninstall my Rom and ClockworkMod? I'm not concerned about losing my apps, either

No. Just make sure you save the clockwork folders/rom folders etc which are stored on the SD card, if you are going to format the SD card. Those are your recovery back ups. I recommend just dragging anything your are unsure of to a folder on your desktop.

Root is much deeper than the phone or sd card storage.
